We want to get to know YOU!

In your first session, we will focus not only on your troubles but also on your strengths, interests, and personality—what makes you tick.

We may also ask you to complete some brief forms to provide a baseline measure of your mood. We will want to discuss your goals to make sure we are working on what is important to you.

This will depend upon how you were referred. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, have sought assistance through a service offered by your employer (QPS, QAS) or have been affected by a natural disaster, you can often access treatment at no cost.

Well… just begin! Contact us, and we may be able to assist with sourcing funding for an assessment to support NDIS access and, where relevant, diagnosis. If we can’t help, because we are local, we will likely know who can!
